Stroll in the Park
Students form a large circle, standing arms length apart. They will begin walking around the edge of the circle (everyone should be walking around and around). While walking around the circle, students will carry out your instruction in each step. Only the teacher or activity leader should talk during this activity.
1)Upward Warm Up - While walking around the circle, ask students to move their feet and ankles, then their whole legs, then torsos and shoulders, then arms, wrist, fingers, head and face, until every single part of the body is moving at one time. Continue this stage for 20 seconds. Now everyone should be warmed up.
2)Aging - While everyone is still walking around the circle, students are going to slowly age from toddlers into elderly people. Call out different stages and students will move (walk/skip/stroll) like a person that age. Call out: toddler, 5 year old, 10 year old, 15 year old, 25 year old, 40 year old, 60 year old, 80 year old and 100 year old.
3)Extended Senses - While still walking, each student is going to use his whole body to express his senses. Tell students: "You just smelled something awful/wonderful." "You just tasted something bitter/sour/sweet." Continue adding experiences for the students to "sense." Encourage students to use every part of their bodies to express these sensations.
4) Poses - Students will stop walking and turn to face the outside of the circle, so that no two people can see each other. Each student will strike a motionless pose (like a statue) that depicts an emotion (joy, selfishness, envy, disgust, surprise, etc.). Ask students to hold each pose until you call out the next emotion.

Don't give us a frown.
Smile.
Speak clearly.
And never look down.
Don't mumble,
Don't grumble.
And always be prepared.
Speak in your allotted time, And try not to looked scared.
